Payment
Upon placing your order, you will receive an e-mail invoice to submit payment through ProPay's secured site. A ProPay account is not required to submit payment. We understand that not everyone has a credit card so we also accept personal cheques. There is a $25.00 charge for all NSF cheques. Your order will be processed once payment has been cleared.

Prices and Special Offers
My Photos on Canvas retains the right to modify their prices from time to time and to remove special offers without notice.

Returns and Refunds
My Photos on Canvas wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If our product does not meet your expectations, simply return it and we will provide you with a refund or exchange provided that the following conditions are met:

• The product is returned within 5 days of receiving your order.
• The product has not been damaged as a result of customer misuse or neglect.
• Returns must contain all of the original contents and be in its original packaging with an explanation stating why you are not satisfied with the item(s) and your preference for replacement or refund.
• Items must be insured. We cannot refund items lost in shipping, nor assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages if insurance is not purchased.
• We also require a copy of the original invoice in order to process your refund request.
• Shipping costs for returns are not refundable.
• Refunds are issued to the same payment method the order was made on.

Cancellation of order
You will receive a digital .PDF file via e-mail before your image is printed on canvas. Once you approve the artwork, and your image has been sent to print, it cannot be changed.
